paid a extra fifty bucks on the rentals mortgage now when next months payment come out I will be under $15,000.00 come hell or high water this house will be paid off by the end of the year ...

Seem we would only be saving $86.00 that's just not enough to justify the move in our eyes ....

Making Changes

With the economy the way it is..We would like to try to get all our debts paid down/paid off it has become my (always has been Randy's) main mission this coming year..well I have been trying since August...
We have decided to cancel our home phone and direct TV... these two things cost us $109.00 a month we feel we can put that money to better use getting completely out of debt..
We will keep our cell phones, its for sure, not my favorite thing to talk on, but we get all our incoming calls free..... So it will work out for us and at the end of the year we will reevaluate and see if we need to add those services back or not .

Put the "pad" in the freezer between uses and it won't rust

I haven't had to buy any sos's for a year and still have about half a box or more by following this tip...
